Townhouse, 2 bed, 2 bath with swimming pool... in "Praia da Luz"

The breakfast kitchen has all the usual including basic store cupboard ingredients, plus microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The lounge/dining area has a high standard double sofa bed, further large set, TV, DVD, PlayStation and a huge picture window with superb sea view.

The master bedroom with king size bed, plenty of wardrobes and storage has an ensuite bathroom with bath, shower and bidet. Leading off this room is a very private courtyard and off this courtyard is two sets of steps. One set leads to the second bedroom which has twin beds and a shower room. The other steps offer a further way to the BBQ/sun terrace area.

The house is equipped with all you need including buckets and spades!!

There is a large BBQ/sun terrace with table and chairs, overlooking the pool and Luz bay.

The communal pool and large sun terrace with sunbeds (shown above) is situated directly off the townhouse and once more overlooks Luz bay. It is totally secure and only available for the use of residents. There is a further brick built BBQ and larger dining area available for the use of all residents within the pool area.

The village and beach of Luz is a 10 min walk away so a car is not necessary - the supermarket is even closer. There is a also superb bus service covering the local area right on the doorstep. It is a lovely relaxed village with lots of great bars and restaurants and the locals are very welcoming.

Everything you could possibly need is 10 minutes walk away or already in the house.
